Meet Your Coach

Life has a way of shaping us — sometimes gently, sometimes through fire. I’ve had my share of moments that forged who I am. As a kid, I was a bit of a rebel — curious, restless, always questioning. Later, I hit plateaus in my early career, lost people I loved, faced anxiety, and wrestled with stress. Those experiences didn’t make me an expert in anyone else’s journey — but they taught me something far more important: empathy, perspective, and the value of resilience.

If I had followed the path laid before me, I’d be a fourth-generation blacksmith. I grew up in my father’s workshop, surrounded by the smell of metal, the hum of creation and the beauty of craft. That’s where I learned that building something real with your hands changes how you see the world. But as I got older, the opportunities in that world faded. So I explored. I wandered through careers, searching for that same sense of purpose until I found it again in business and technology.

In the end, the tools changed, from hammer and forge to code and ideas, but the spirit stayed the same: to create, to innovate, to build something that matters.

Over the years, I’ve built a broad range of experiences, from the creative to the technical and I’ve always believed that real strength comes from being well-rounded. Robert Heinlein once described the “Competent Man” as someone who can turn their hand to almost anything. That resonates deeply with me. I’ve never wanted to be defined by one label or one skill. The magic happens at the intersection where art meets science, where intuition meets logic.

I’ve spent time coaching teams and individuals in professional settings, but what drives me now is something deeper — helping people who feel stuck, yet know there’s more waiting for them.

To me, coaching isn’t about ticking boxes or following some dull, rigid framework. It’s about discovering what truly works for you. It’s about curiosity, experimentation, and real human connection.

No ego. No pretence. Just curiosity. Just a drive to help you uncover what’s possible.

I’d be honoured to join you on that journey.
